The QuattroMix pan mixers with forced mixing are equipped with four mixing arms for fast and efficient mixing. Each arm is fitted with removable hardened steel mixing blades, ensuring durability and easy maintenance. These blades are long-lasting, but if they do wear out, you don't have to worry about expensive replacements—we keep them as affordable as possible. Some manufacturers charge a fortune for what is essentially just a piece of steel!
These mixers not only process resin-bound materials quickly and efficiently, but are also suitable for rubber granulate and concrete.
For added safety, the 4-bag mixer is equipped with a safety switch in the lid. It also features a splash guard for the motor and a fully protected on/off switch.
The mixer is designed to be easily loaded into a van by tipping it onto its small loading wheels—a task that can be accomplished by one person. It also features large, puncture-proof wheels suitable for handling uneven terrain on the jobsite.
Our mixer has four adjustable mixing arms with removable paddles for fast and efficient mixing. This also offers a major advantage when replacing the blades. Other suppliers weld the blades to the arm, meaning you have to replace the entire component—which is usually VERY expensive. With us, the arm and blade assembly can be quickly removed for cleaning.
